Refund & Return Policy

Here at ALDO Jewellers we are confident that you will love our products. However we understand that under some circumstances you may want to exchange your purchase.

You are able to exchange all articles bought from the online ALDO Jewellers shop within 14 days of receipt purchase.

Please send the articles through registered mail to the following address and keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries.

Alternatively you may visit us in store at GZ27/3 Separation St, Northcote VIC 3070, where we can exchange your purchase in-store. 

Please choose carefully when selecting earrings or stud products. For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds on these products unless they are faulty or otherwise do not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

For articles to be exchanged, they must be returned to us with any tags attached, in their original packaging and original condition. All items must be returned brand new, unworn and unscratched. Any items that are not returned to us in the condition that they were sent out will not be exchanged. It will be at our discretion to determine whether the condition the item has come back in qualifies.

The item being returned remains your responsibility until it reaches us back at ALDO Jewellers. ALDO Jewellers is not liable for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Exchanges are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. You can exchange for another item or store credit.
