SHIPPING POLICY

 

All parcels are shipped through registered Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on the destination.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via registered Australia Post.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received (unless otherwise stated).
During peak periods, dispatch times may vary slightly — but we always aim to get your order out as soon as possible!
Once shipped, you can expect to receive your parcel within 5–10 business days.

🌎 International Shipping (Selected Countries)

We now offer international shipping via DHL Express to select countries.

Flat rate:

$100AUD for most international destinations

Includes insurance, signature on delivery, and full tracking
Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes internationally. A full street address is required.

💳 Payment for International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or VAT applicable in their country.

To protect both our customers and our business, we only accept PayPal for international orders.

A PayPal account is required to complete international purchases. We do not accept card payments from outside Australia.
